Children under 3 years free, if they use the cot in the room with their parents.

Free cot and high chair are available.

Children over the age of three are equivalent to adults.

Costs for electricity, gas, water, heating and air conditioning are included.

The supply of bed linen, kitchen linen and towels is included

Cleaning costs of € 120.00 per stay (mandatory) are excluded.

During check-in, a deposit of 300 euros may be required.

The City Tax Cost is €1.00 per person per each day and it will be collected in cash on the day of Check-in.

PAYMENTS

In case of cancellation of the reservation, the deposit will not be refunded.
The deposit must be paid by bank transfer or pay pal: the data will be sent to the booking request.

HOUSE RULES

Smoking is prohibited inside the house, parties and events are prohibited.
It is a dwelling in a condominium, therefore it is necessary to respect the hours of silence from 11pm to 8am.

It is not permitted to receive, enter or host other people. The only authorized persons are those present in the booking and present at check-in.
